Satler is a well-known and successful family-run metalwork company in existence since 1963. In 1993, its business activities were extended to the manufacturing and installation of PVC windows and doors, and it expanded its manufacturing by purchasing the old production hall of the then Slovenske Konjice-based Konus.
At the turn of the millennium, SATLER okna in vrata d.o.o. entered the market as one of the leading manufacturers of PVC builders' joinery in Slovenia with a 2,300 m2 premises. More than one quarter of its manufactured products are exported to Germany, Austria and Italy. The company continues to strive for top-quality PVC windows and doors both in terms of technical implementation and design. Since the very beginning, Satler has been collaborating with the German manufacturer of PVC profiles ALUPLAST, which constitutes one of the leading manufacturers of window profiles in Europe with a clearly formulated vision of its development. Satler seeks to keep up with the development of modern window and door manufacturing technology by not providing merely for top-quality primary materials (profiles, hardware, glass) and precise manufacturing but also for the high quality of the elements it manufactures.
Its manufacturing and sales have been continuously oriented towards manufacturing high-quality PVC windows and doors with state-of-the-art design and optimum insulation. Satler windows follow the trend of energy-efficient windows. The company's product range is complemented with shades (blinds, shutters, Venetian blinds), windowsills and garage doors. In 2002, SATLER okna in vrata, d.o.o. expanded its range of products with aluminium builders' joinery (windows, doors and conservatories). The company envisions its development so as to provide a comprehensive range of builders' joinery and high-quality Slovenian products in particular. That is why in 2012 its product mix was complemented with timber builders' joinery. As modern trends on a global level suggest that timber has a beneficial effect on human health, the company seeks to offer this option to its clients as well. A comprehensive high-quality product mix is thus provided at one single location.
SATLER okna in vrata, d.o.o. employs 60 regular employees and 40–50 contractors. The company has business units, authorised resellers and dealers all over the country and one in Austria. Windows and doors are installed in collaboration with local entrepreneurs.
